stringently than other suppliers by omitting partial
deliveries. So if you order 10 different split collar
sizes and we ship 9 complete, but only 99 out of 100
pieces on the last, the fill rate for your order is 90%,
not 99%.
- Service level averaged 95% - on time, 100% complete deliveries
- That’s the pink line. It tracks an even more challenging
measurement. We combine our 100% fill rate results with
the number of orders we deliver on time, according to
customer requirements. After all, you want your orders
shipped complete and on time.
The erratic service level in the fall was due to a reduction in inventory
complicated by lead time variations.
