New blind drop shipping service is risk free

Listening to PT, fastener and industrial suppliers who need to eliminate inventory and extra work, Collars and Couplings has launched a new blind drop shipping service.

Called No-Risk Drop Ship, it works this way:

1. Distributors call us with end user orders
2. We ship direct to the end users
3. End users think the orders come from our distributors because the packing slips and labels are imprinted with their name not ours

 “Our distributors are happy because they’re not stocking, handling, or shipping a thing,” according to Collars and Couplings V.P. of Sales, John Kraus.

 “End users are happy because we average 99.7% accuracy and 95% on-time, completion rates. Furthermore, when we receive orders by 3 p.m. ET, we drop ship the same day.”

Kraus says that Collars is currently drop shipping 31% of all orders it receives. “It works because our distributors know that we never take orders direct, that we hide our identity as the shipper, and that we perform almost flawlessly,” says Kraus.
